II. Whole pathway modelling of interventions for patients with diabetes and depression.

Amongst people with a disease, multimorbidity is the norm. However, care pathways and economic evaluations typically focus on single diseases. This project is the first in a series looking at physical-mental co-morbidities, This work will begin by looking at two exemplar diseases: diabetes and depression. A 'whole pathways' economic model shall be created to look at current care pathways for people with these diseases. This model shall be used to evaluate the benefits of potential service re-designs.
